We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle invoices and payments, and support the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain proper records of expenses, receipts, payments and collections.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS returns and other financial reports.
Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Prepare outstanding/payment follow-up reports.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial records.
Work on accounting software such as Busy and MS Excel.
Prepare monthly reports and assist senior management with accounting-related requirements.
