We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles and be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain and update financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Assist in tax filings (GST, TDS) and audits.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding payments and collections.

• Support the senior accountant or finance manager as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com, BBA, M.Com or equivalent).

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
