Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance and accounts team at our Jhajjar (Haryana) facility. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, Excel, and billing software, and capable of managing daily accounting operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company accounts using Tally

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Maintain daily financial transactions and records

• Prepare and issue invoices; manage billing and follow-ups

• Prepare financial reports using Microsoft Excel

• Perform bank reconciliation and monthly account closing

• Monitor payments to vendors and receivables from clients

• Assist in preparing books of accounts for audits

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and billing software

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Self-motivated, honest, and responsible

• Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com or equivalent preferred)

• Candidate must be from Jhajjar or nearby areas

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
