Role Description

• Accurately performed daily accounting data entry tasks including sales and purchase bill entries.

• Managed accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate vendor reconciliations.

• Handled bank statement entries and reconciliations with a high degree of precision.

• Prepared and filed GST R-1 & GST R-3B returns and ensured compliance with taxation deadlines.

• Assisted in accounting finalization activities including ledger scrutiny and adjustments.

• Generated regular reports and maintained financial records using Tally Prime and Specta software.

• Utilized Microsoft Excel for preparing reports, analysing data, and maintaining spreadsheets for

recordkeeping and reporting purposes.
