Position: Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Mohali
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, billing, and voucher entries.
- Manage GST entries, returns, and reconciliation.
- Maintain party ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank books.
- Manage stock records and inventory reports.
- Prepare outstanding payment reports and assist in monthly closing.
- Work on Tally Prime, BUSY Accounting Software, and MS Excel.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Com or relevant qualification preferred.
- Experience: [Fresher / Experienced]
- Good knowledge of accounting and GST.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Salary: As per experience and company norms.
