We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at B S Marketing Company.
The role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions of the organization, maintaining Excel-based trackers, and ensuring timely follow-ups on pending payments. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing and invoicing for clients/vendors accurately and on time
Perform regular bank reconciliation to match transactions with bank statements
Maintain Excel-based trackers (outstanding, collections, stock, etc.) and other financial reports
Follow up with clients/vendors for pending payments and outstanding dues
Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy and strong Excel skills. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have working knowledge of billing, bank reconciliation, and Excel-based tracking/reporting.
