Job Responsibilities:

Handle complete accounting work at warehouse level.
Generate billing and invoices using Tally Prime.
Maintain sales and purchase entries in Tally Prime.
Manage stock and inventory accounting.
Reconcile accounts (Sales, Purchase, Party Ledger).
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Assist in GST entries and basic compliance.
Coordinate with warehouse and sales team for billing and dispatch records.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory experience in Tally Prime (only).
Strong knowledge of billing, sales, and purchase accounting.
Experience in warehouse accounting preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
