We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator cum Accountant to manage both administrative and accounting functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth workflow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them as necessary.
Assist in HR-related tasks such as payroll support, employee records, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expenses.
Process payroll, tax filings, and statutory payments (if applicable).
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Liaise with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in administration and accounting roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Female Candidate
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Experience in machine manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
