Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Process payroll and monitor employee reimbursements
Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Monitor expenses and suggest cost-control measures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in logistics / e-commerce industry (PREFERRED)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant (1–5 years preferred)
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
Proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
