Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal entries)
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payments
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Ensure timely GST filing (GSTR 1, 3B, etc.)
Handle TDS calculations and returns
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Coordinate with auditors for audits and compliance
Maintain proper documentation and records
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling vendor reconciliation
- Knowledge of compliance and taxation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
