We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at ASTER TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain ledger accounts of travel agents
Record invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
Track agent-wise receivables and payables
Reconcile agent statements with company books
Monitor outstanding balances
Follow up with Clients for timely payments
Maintain aging reports (30/60/90 days)
Perform monthly reconciliation of:
- client ledger
- Payments received vs invoices raised

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about IATA travel agency accounting
