We are looking for a Export Accountant who will take complete ownership of day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, payroll, and support hiring activities for shop-floor and office staff.
This role is 80% Accounts & Compliance and 20% HR & Hiring Support.
Ideal for someone who wants stability, responsibility, and long-term growth in a manufacturing setup.
Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally
Handle GST compliance:
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing
ITC reconciliation & mismatch resolution
Manage TDS calculations, challans & returns
Bank reconciliation & cash/bank management
Vendor, customer & expense ledger maintenance
Coordinate with CA firm for audits, ITR & statutory filings
Support export accounting & documentation (basic level)
Prepare MIS reports for management (monthly)
Monthly payroll processing
Attendance, leave & overtime tracking
PF, ESI & labour law compliance
Maintain employee records & files
Issue offer letters, appointment letters & exit documentation
Coordinate end-to-end hiring for:
Shop-floor staff
Office & support roles
Draft and post job requirements (Indeed, Naukri, referrals)
Shortlist resumes & conduct initial screening calls
Coordinate interviews with management
Manage onboarding documentation
No performance management
No employee engagement activities
No senior HR policy design
2–3 years experience in accounting (manufacturing preferred)
Strong hands-on experience in:
GST & TDS compliance
Payroll, PF & ESI
Proficient in Tally
Good working knowledge of Excel
Experience coordinating with CA firms
Exposure to hiring or recruitment coordination is a must
