Key Responsibilities
✔Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
✔Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
✔Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
✔Reconcile bank statements, cash, and vendor accounts
✔Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
✔Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
✔Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
✔Maintain proper documentation and records as per company and statutory requirements
✔Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) for daily accounting tasks
✔Support senior accounts staff with ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks
