Position: Accounts & Inventory Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
Generate invoices, quotations, purchase bills, and GST bills
Maintain GST records, tax documentation, and billing reports
Manage stock records, inventory tracking, and material inward/outward entries
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and management regarding payments and billing
Supervise store operations and stock movement
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders and delivery challans
Support office administration and operational supervision activities

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic understanding of GST filing and accounting
Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software
Inventory and stock management skills
Strong communication and supervision abilities
Attention to detail and record maintenance
