Position Overview:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of bank statements.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, purchase ledger, and sales ledger.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
• Ensure compliance with TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
