Job Description

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger and ensure accuracy of all journal entries
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes
Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions
Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS and company policies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Support internal and external audits
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
Supervise junior accounting staff (if applicable)
