Job Title: Account cum Back Office Executive (Female)

• Current Office: Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Mumbai

• Upcoming Office (Relocation): Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Education: Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance.

• Handle GST and TDS filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with clients for financial documentation, taxation queries, and follow-ups.

• Support back-office administrative tasks related to accounts and operations.

• Assist with bank reconciliations, invoice generation, and payment tracking.

• Liaise with external consultants or CA firms as required.
  
  Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.

  • Graduation in Commerce or related field is mandatory.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc. preferred).

  • Good communication skills for client coordination.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to work from the current office and relocate to Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
