Accountant

ApexAgro Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage financial transactions, reporting, and day-to-day accounts-related tasks at our Bharuch (Gujarat) location.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in accounting within the fertilizer, agrochemical, or manufacturing industry, along with proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily accounting records

• Handle purchase and sales entries

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Assist in MIS reporting and management reports

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payments

• Manage inventory and stock records from accounts perspective

• Assist in audit preparations and documentation

• Handle transportation invoicing and dispatch accounts

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a similar accounting role

• Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting principles

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice processing

• Experience in manufacturing/agriculture/chemical industry preferred
