Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily accounting records using Tally or other accounting software.

Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.

Maintain records of taxes paid (GST, TDS) and ensure timely filings.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.

Maintain general ledger and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of financial reporting and documentation.

Educational Qualification:

12th Pass (Finance) or any equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
