Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, schedules, and reports for properties/projects.
Transactional Management: Process Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR), bank/GL reconciliations, tenant billing/escalations, and manage cash flow.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws; prepare for internal/external audits; handle tax documentation
