Job Title: Accountant Executive Location: Erandwane, Pune Company Overview: Our client is a fast-growing company in the Corporate Gifting segment, offering innovative and customized solutions to clients across industries. Key Responsibilities:·       ⁠Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including handling invoices, debit/credit notes, purchase orders.·       Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.·       Monthly GST tax returns and reviewed submitted documentation with auditors.·       Stock Maintenance·       ⁠Payment collection over the phone·       Process vendor payments as per the due dates·       Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between vendors, customers, and the sales team.·       Draft and manage professional email communications.·       Handle petty cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. Skills and qualifications:·       Good knowledge of accounting and experience in GST·       Good communication skills·       Command of Microsoft Excel·       Ability to multitask and manage time effectively·       Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing stock and payments.
