Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in software like Tally/Excel
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, bills, and purchase orders
Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with auditors and internal departments

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Good analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
