Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards. Experience with Tripati accounting software, Redix, and audit firm practices will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and GST/TDS returns.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Handle payroll, invoicing, and expense management.

• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and statutory requirements.

• Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors.

• Utilize Tripati software and Redix for accounting processes and reporting.

• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (audit firm background preferred).

• Proficiency in Tripati Software, Redix, and MS Excel.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
