Job Title: Accountant (Full-Time)

Location: Punhana – PIN 122508

Job Description

We are looking for a smart, honest, and responsible Accountant to join our retail store in Punhana. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, be comfortable using computers, and be able to manage day-to-day financial and billing operations efficiently.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
Handle billing and invoicing using billing/accounting software.
Prepare and file GST returns.
Maintain purchase and sales records.
Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in stock and inventory record maintenance.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and financial records.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Tally/Busy or any accounting & billing software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office.
Knowledge of GST filing and basic taxation.
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Honest, punctual, and able to work independently.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or retail billing is preferred.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
