Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in managing accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.

Coordinate with auditors and support year-end audit processes.

Maintain payroll records and support HR with salary preparation.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updating of all financial data.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (Tally/ERP).

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
