📘 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and efficient Accountant to handle our organization’s financial operations including billing, payroll, daily expenses, and proper record-keeping.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to manage numbers systematically.

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Bookkeeping

Maintain all financial records, ledgers, and daily accounts.

Record all income and expenses accurately.

Manage cashbook, journal entries, and tally software entries.

2. Billing & Invoicing

Prepare patient billing, invoices, and receipts.

Follow-up for pending payments with patients or clients.

Maintain a clear record of dues and collections.

3. Payroll & Staff Payments

Prepare monthly salary sheets for staff.

Calculate overtime, leave deductions, advances, and incentives.

Ensure timely staff payouts.

4. Vendor & Purchase Management

Handle vendor payments, bills, and purchase tracking.

Maintain records for office supplies and service purchases.

5. Reports & Reconciliation

Daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.

Track profitability and prepare MIS reports.

6. Compliance & Documentation

Support management with financial documentation.

Ensure all documents are organized and stored properly.

7. Support to Management

Assist in budget planning and expense control.

Provide transparent and accurate data when required.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Experience: 1–3 years (Home healthcare experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Tally / Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong understanding of accounting principles.
