Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support monthly and annual financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior accounting professional looking to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., MIRACLE ).

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements.

• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of entries.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Support the month-end and year-end close process.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

• Help with GST, TDS, and other tax filings and compliance (if applicable).

• Provide support during internal and external audits.

• Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
