We are looking to hire a reliable and experienced Accountant / Admin Executive for our garment manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
	•	Handling and verifying all purchase bills in alignment with the production cycle
	•	Maintaining proper documentation of purchase entries and records
	•	Coordinating with internal departments to ensure accuracy of bills
	•	Submitting verified bills to the accounts team for timely payments
	•	Managing basic administrative tasks and documentation
	•	Ensuring proper record-keeping using Excel and internal systems
Candidate Requirements:
	•	Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
	•	Experience in handling purchase documentation and billing processes
	•	Basic understanding of accounts coordination
	•	Good organizational and follow-up skills
	•	Stable work history is preferred
Other Criteria:
	•	Experience: Minimum 3–5 years
	•	Age Bracket: 30–40 years
	•	Location Preference: Candidate should be based nearby or willing to commute easily
	•	Industry Preference: Experience in garment manufacturing or similar industry will be an added advantage
