Accountant

The Telecaller is responsible for generating sales through customer calling, lead follow-up, customer communication and conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders.

The Telecaller will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products and services, following up regularly, and achieving the assigned monthly sales targets.

3. Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

2. Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.

3. Generate new leads through calling and other approved sources.

4. Understand customer requirements, quantity, design, customization and delivery requirements.

5. Follow up regularly with interested customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.

6. Prepare and share quotations with customers as required.

7. Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.

8. Maintain professional communication with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

9. Coordinate with the concerned departments after order confirmation.

10. Ensure that all customer and order information is properly recorded.

11. Maintain a daily follow-up record and update the sales dashboard.

12. Do not leave any active lead without proper follow-up.

13. Inform the Sales Head/Management about important, high-value or customized enquiries.

14. Handle customer objections professionally and try to convert them into sales opportunities.

15. Achieve the assigned monthly sales target.
