Manage Financial Records, Prepare Tax Filings, And Ensure Compliance With Legal Regulations. Analyze Financial Data To Assist In Decision-Making. Provide Advice On Tax Planning And Savings Opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:

• Handling daily accounting and office accounts activities

• Managing payment follow-ups and collection processes

• Preparing invoices, vouchers, and expense records

• Maintaining client payment records and outstanding reports

• Coordinating bank transactions and reconciliation

• Handling PF, ESIC, GST, and other basic compliance-related documentation

• Managing salary records and staff payment details

• Supporting billing and documentation related to security services operations

• Maintaining proper accounting files and MIS reports

• Coordinating with management for financial reporting and operational support
