Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts and accounting entries
Handle billing, payments, and receipts
Prepare bank reconciliation statements
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance
Support audits and financial reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting

Experience:

1–3 years preferredSkills:Tally/ERP, MS Excel, basic taxation knowledge, accuracy
