Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Navsari. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing financial records. Experience with Zoho Books or any other accounting software/ERP will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger entries.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Accounting Software Management:

• Manage accounting activities such as invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and financial reporting using accounting software.

• Experience with Zoho Books will be preferred; candidates with experience in Tally, Busy, SAP, or any other accounting software are also encouraged to apply.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain proper accounting records.
  
  Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

• Prepare and file GST returns and other tax-related documentation.

• Assist with internal and external audits.

Process Improvement:

• Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.

• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, ITR, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with accounting software; Zoho Books will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
