The Accounts Executive/Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting and audits.
Maintain books of accounts including sales, purchase, cash, and bank entries
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
Ensure timely GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax
Proficiency in accounting software Tally,
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
