Job Summary:

Akasa Finance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST, TDS, and trading-related transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, excellent accounting skills, and the ability to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP.

• Handle GST computation, return filing, and reconciliation.

• Prepare and manage TDS calculations, returns, and challans.

• Manage trading-related accounts including purchase, sales, and stock entries.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer ledgers.

• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.

• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews.

• Support in data entry, invoice processing, and general accounting tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting / finance.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Accounting Principles.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and trading accounts.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in NBFC or financial services sector preferred.

• Working knowledge of GST portal and TDS e-filing.

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skills)
