Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Process payroll and employee reimbursements (if required).
Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial documentation.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
Maintain accurate documentation and financial records.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Busy Software, Tally and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply).
