Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the finance team with accurate reporting. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and a background in commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Experience in Tally software

·         Maintain and update financial records and ledgers

·         Follow up payments with clients

·         Prepare tax invoice, GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

·         Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

·         Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

·         Assist in preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations

·         Support internal and external audits

·         Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping

·         Good English communication and coordination skills

Key Requirements:

·  B. Com degree from a recognized university

·  Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience

·  Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

·  Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles

·  Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

·  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
