Job Description: Accountant at AIM Technologies

Position: Accountant
Location: AIM Technologies
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and ledgers.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts.

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure they are compliant with regulations.

• Prepare tax returns and assist with tax audits.

• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial transactions.

• Support budget preparation and cost analysis.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes.

• Utilize Tally ERP/Prime for accounting functions such as invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP /Prime software.

• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of other accounting software in addition to Tally is a plus.
