Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to take primary responsibility for the company's accounting, banking, and day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, payment, and receipt records
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor company bank accounts
Coordinate with banks and maintain banking relationships
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
Track receivables and payables
Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding accounts and payments
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Coordinate with the company's CA for tax filings, audits, and compliance
Prepare periodic financial and management reports
Maintain accurate records in Tally/accounting software
Assist management with banking documentation, loans, limits, and other financial matters
Take ownership of the company's overall day-to-day accounting function
