Job Description

Job Title: Accountant (BUSY + GST) – Textile Trading (Azad Market, Delhi)

Company: Aggarwal Canvas Co. (55+ years in textile industry)
Location: Azad Market, Delhi (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Daily sales/purchase entries in BUSY accounting software
Invoice generation, LR/dispatch/packing list record keeping
Maintain accounts books, ledgers, party accounts
Track receivables/outstanding and maintain follow-up notes
Bank reconciliation (weekly)
Basic GST support (data preparation, invoice checks, coordination with CA)
Maintain cheque list / payment schedule & vendor records
Excel-based reports: outstanding aging, collections, payables due

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in BUSY (preferred) / Tally
Basic to good Excel (filters, pivots preferred)
Experience in trading/distribution preferred
Discipline, accuracy, long-term mindset

Experience: 1–4 years (flexible for strong fresher with practical skills)
Salary: ₹15,000–₹16000 (as per skills) + performance bonus
Joining: Immediate / within 2 days
