Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial recordsPrepare and review financial statements and reportsManage accounts payable and receivableReconcile bank statements and ledgersProcess invoices, bills, and paymentsFile GST, TDS, and other tax returns (if applicable)Maintain payroll and employee salary accountsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsAssist in budget preparation and financial planningEnsure compliance with accounting standards and lawsSupport internal and external audits---Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience as an Accountant or similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principlesProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and analytical skills---Preferred Skills:Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDSExperience with ERP/Accounting softwareProblem-solving abilityTime management skills
