AEROFLUX FILTERS PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts & Costing Specialist responsible for bookkeeping, maintaining daily financial records, handling Bills of Material (BOM), and preparing accurate product costing. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge along with an understanding of inventory and manufacturing costing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and party accounts.
Prepare, maintain, and update Bills of Material (BOM).
Calculate product costing based on material, labor, and overhead.
Coordinate with production and store departments for inventory records.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Assist in monthly closing and GST data preparation.
Prepare financial and costing reports as required by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
B.Com or relevant qualification.
2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
Knowledge of Tally/Busy or any accounting software.
Understanding of BOM and product costing.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
