Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

· Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.

· Prepare bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

· Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

· Prepare GST and TDS returns.

· Maintain ledgers and reconciliations.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing.

· Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and authorities.

· Process reimbursements and petty cash.

· Maintain fixed asset records.

· Support budgeting and financial analysis.

· Maintain financial documentation.

Required Qualifications

· B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.

· 2–5 years of experience.

· Manufacturing/Polymers industry experience preferred.

Required Skills

· GST, TDS & Income Tax knowledge.

· Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

· Financial reporting and reconciliations.

· Analytical and communication skills.

· ERP knowledge preferred.
