Job Summary
We are looking for an Account Executive with 1+ year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and commercial operations, including purchase, sales, invoicing, inventory and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchase and sales entries.

• Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices and related documentation.

• Maintain stock items, inventory records and item-wise entries.

• Manage E-Way Bills and ensure proper documentation for transactions.

• Handle accounting entries and maintain records in Tally.

• Reconcile purchase, sales, stock and accounting records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for purchase, sales and inventory-related documentation.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of routine accounting and commercial activities.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts

• Hands-on experience with Tally is required.

• Working knowledge of purchase, sales, invoicing, inventory and stock management.

• Familiarity with E-Way Bills and GST-related documentation.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
