Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports
Process payroll and maintain salary records
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance
2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation laws
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
