Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and vouchers.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation as required.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Maintain petty cash and expense records.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply).

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
