We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company’s accounts and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily accounting records.
Handle invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial documents.
Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports and other accounting statements.
Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
