Job Description

Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / ERP/word/excel Good understanding of GST, PF, ESIC, and labor laws. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information. Communication and coordination skills. Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, contracts, and compliance documents. Keep digital and physical records safe and updated.Support internal and external audits.Calculate PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other applicable compliances. Prepare and submit challans, returns and reports within due datesPrepare monthly salary sheets for guards and staff. Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and incentives as per rules. Process salary payments through bank transfer / cheque. Maintain attendance, muster rolls, and wage registers.
