Profile: Account Executive

Salary: 20k to 28k

Experience: Min. 2-4 Year

Gender: Male

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Samalkha Near Kapasera Thana

Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger entries

Reconcile daily sales, POS collections, cash, card, and digital payments

Manage accounts payable and receivable, and vendor/supplier reconciliations

Handle inventory/stock accounting and coordinate on stock variances

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and assist with income tax compliance

Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing

Prepare financial statements and sales MIS reports

Support audits and payroll processing (PF, ESI, PT filings)

Oversee day-to-day office administration and upkeep

Manage office supplies, vendors, and utility/bill payments

Maintain records, files, and documentation

Coordinate with staff, couriers, and external agencies

Handle miscellaneous operational and support tasks as needed
