Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day Accounting: Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally.ERP or Tally Prime.
• Sales & Purchase Management: Handle invoices, manage sales and purchase ledgers, and ensure timely payment processing.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, update inventory records and generate inventory-related reports.
• Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processes, including salary calculation, statutory deductions, and employee reimbursement.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company accounts on a regular basis.
• GST and Taxation Compliance: Ensure accurate GST filings, TDS compliance, and timely payments of taxes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and assist with internal audits.
• Data Analysis: Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, preparing MIS reports, and assisting in financial forecasting.
• Coordination: Liaise with the sales, purchase, and HR departments to streamline accounting and payroll activities.
