Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) filings, including annual returns, event-based filings, and statutory compliances.

Manage Income Tax filings, such as TDS returns, advance tax, and annual income tax returns.

Ensure timely and accurate ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings in accordance with applicable laws.

Oversee NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) compliances, including RBI reporting, regulatory submissions, and adherence to guidelines.

Maintain compliance records and ensure all regulatory deadlines are met.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.

Keep updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to corporate and financial compliance.
